Refund Policy
At Barefoot Build, our goal is to create a website you’re proud of. We include up to three rounds of revisions in every project to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available after the project has been delivered and three revisions have been completed. If you are still unsatisfied after the final revision, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- All three revisions have been used and
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the final revision

What’s Non-Refundable
- Projects that have not gone through three full rounds of revisions
- Cancellations requested before or during the revision process
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Maintenance plans, consulting calls, or add-on services once work has begun
Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
